Brainnet acquires rival MSP
6 januari 2015
Dutch managed service provider (MSP) and staffing firm Brainnet today announced the acquisition of Dutch MSP and technical staffing company Infraflex.
Arno Lugthart, Director of Brainnet, commented: “Since our founding in 1996, Brainnet has had a clear vision of the flexible labour market; in our eyes customers have a right to transparency when it comes to margins, rates, and revenue when hiring flexible labour. This vision and approach led to significant growth and increasing customer confidence. The acquisition of Infraflex not only fits well into our growth strategy, but both companies also fit well together.”
“Only by increasing our market share can we achieve our mission to further propagate equal opportunities for independent contractors and suppliers of flexible workers,” he added. Infraflex was founded in 1997 and since 2006 has also been known as Myflex Managed Service Provider. The company also provides RPO, temporary, contract, and permanent recruitment services. In 2013 Infraflex reported revenue of €35 million. Brainnet, in addition to operating as an MSP, provides contract management services, and acts as an intermediary, or broker, assuming responsibility for companies’ vendors and independent contractors. In 2013, Brainnet reported revenue of €262 million.
Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
