Find answers to the most frequently asked questions here

To make it easy, we have collected the most frequently asked questions. Of course it is also possible to call or email us, we are happy to help everyone on their way!

When can we send an invoice?

Invoicing is possible after four weeks or after the end of the calendar month. This can differ per client. The work order contains an explanation of how to invoice. Does this still raise questions? Feel free to call one of our colleagues from the financial administration on 030 602 16 17.

When will the outstanding invoice be paid?

We pay the invoice when we have a signed contract, if the due date has passed and if the (tax) risk hedging is in order.

Can our invoices be paid faster?

If the invoice meets the requirements, we will pay within 35 days. If a cliet uses different standard terms, we will follow those terms. We can imagine that it can be nice to be paid (sometimes) faster. This is possible. We offer the following options for this. As a supplier you choose which payment term suits you best. Are you satisfied with the current payment term? Then nothing changes.

I want to negotiate the contract terms. Is that possible?

Brainnet is bound by the contracts concluded with our clients. They have explicitly asked us not to amend these contracts. This has created a level playing field for all suppliers.

Do we receive a contract that applies to all Brainnet clients?

No, suppliers receive a separate contract for each client. After all, we implement the purchasing conditions of our customers one-on-one.

Do I always receive feedback on the status of an application?

We provide feedback on the status of an application via our portal. You can always view the status of a offered candidate in the Brainnet Portal.

Can I also find outstanding applications via the portal?

Yes. All current requests from our clients can be found via our portal.

Why do you do screenings?

A good screening is necessary to check whether professionals actually have the correct qualifications, papers, diplomas and verified references, etc. Checking this prevents clients from being faced with surprises.

How do we know whether you have received and processed the screening documents?

After each receipt of a screening document, we will send a message via the portal. The status of the screening can be viewed in real time.

What information do you need to be able to apply for a VOG digitally?

To be able to apply for the VOG digitally, we need the following information (from the Expert):

  • Official initials
  • First and last name
  • Private email address
  • The ability to pay with iDeal

The employee is not on the payroll of our company, what now?

If the employee is not on the payroll of the company with which Brainnet is doing business at that time, then this company cannot have the accountant declare that the payroll taxes have been declared and paid to the tax authorities.

We then expect an auditor's report on the payroll tax from the company where the employee is on the payroll. This means that we expect two auditor's reports per quarter:

  1. Auditor's report on the turnover tax of the company with which Brainnet does business.
  2. Auditor's report on the payroll taxes of the company where the employee is on the payroll.

Why do you sometimes also need the Chamber of Commerce extracts from the holding (s)?

The reason for this is that we must be able to trace the authorized signatory(s) to natural person(s) and not to companies. We can take over the data correctly through a Chamber of Commerce. The extract may not be older than 6 months.

What about relationship and non-competition clauses at Brainnet?

Brainnet has no relationship clauses and non-competition clauses.
We do not consider it correct to contractually shield our joint customer.
