When can I send an invoice?
You can send an invoice after four weeks or after the end of the calendar month. This can differ per client. The work order you received from Brainnet contains an explanation on how to do this. Are you stuck? Feel free to call one of our colleagues from the financial administration on 030 602 16 17.
When will my outstanding invoice be paid?
We will pay your invoice if we have a signed contract, if the due date has passed and if the (tax) risk hedging is in order.
I would like to get my invoices paid faster, is this possible?
If your invoice meets the requirements, we will pay out within 35 days. If a customer uses different standard terms, we will use those term. We can imagine that you want to be paid faster (sometimes). This is possible. We offer you the following options for this. You choose which payment term suits you best. Are you satisfied with the current payment term? Then nothing will change for you.
I want to negotiate the terms of my contract. Is this possible?
We adhere to the contracts as we conclude them with our customers. In this way we achieve a level playing field for all independent professionals and suppliers.
Will I receive a contract that applies to all Brainnet clients?
No, you will receive a separate contract for each client. After all, we implement the purchasing conditions of our customers directly.
Do I always receive feedback on the status of an application?
We strive to always provide you with substantive feedback.

Where can I find the vacancies / applications?
Why is a screening mandatory at Brainnet?
Proper screening is necessary to check whether professionals actually have the correct qualifications, papers, diplomas and verified references. Checking this prevents clients from being faced with surprises afterwards.
What information do you need to be able to apply for a VOG digitally?
To be able to apply for the VOG digitally for you, we need the following information:
- Your surname
- Your date of birth
- Your e-mail address that is linked to your DigiD
- Possibility to pay with iDeal
How do I know if you have received and processed my screening documents?
We will notify you via the portal after each receipt of a screening document. You can always find the real-time status of the screening under your own account in the portal.
How do I know whether my contract details have been received by Brainnet?
As soon as the screening is sufficient to start the assignment, we receive the contract from the client.
This will be processed within 5 working days and we will then send the contracts to you digitally.
What about relationship and competition clauses at Brainnet?
Brainnet has no relationship clauses and non-competition clauses.
We do not consider it correct to contractually shield our joint client for you.
